1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and okbzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the okbzz website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and all related features and functionality available at okbzz.io.

By accessing the okbzz platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of okbzz.

These Terms should be read alongside the okbzz Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and okbzz.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The okbzz platform is an adult entertainment service. Access to and use of okbzz is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are accessing okbzz from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of okbzz or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the okbzz platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative action.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information during registration, including misrepresentation of your age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of okbzz, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing transactions, you are required to create a registered account via the okbzz Login page. Each individual may hold only one active account on the platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your account.
• You must notify the okbzz support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• okbzz will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account credentials must not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

okbzz supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally available payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer through BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT, and no currency conversion fees are applied by okbzz on standard transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your okbzz account balance within minutes of confirmation by the relevant payment provider. okbzz is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, mobile banking services, or bank systems outside of our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the okbzz payments team within standard business processing windows. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically complete within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. okbzz reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to the same account, or to a verified bank account held in the same name as the registered okbzz account.
• okbzz reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for full details.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming balance. Contact support immediately if an error occurs.
• okbzz does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment provider charges, if any, are the responsibility of the user.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okbzz offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered users from time to time. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes, are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino bets typically contribute 100%. Slots may contribute between 50% and 100%. Certain game categories may contribute 0% — refer to the specific promotion page for details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Abuse: okbzz reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is identified.
• Availability: okbzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on okbzz is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that product. The following general rules apply across all okbzz products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. okbzz does not accept requests to cancel, void, or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases where okbzz identifies a clear technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, okbzz will use system logs to determine the outcome at the point of interruption. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Odds and game outcomes on okbzz are generated by certified systems. Sports odds are updated in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• okbzz reserves the right to restrict maximum bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where risk management considerations apply.
• Games supplied by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are governed by both okbzz platform rules and the rules of the respective game provider. In cases of discrepancy, the game provider's certified rules take precedence for that specific game title.
• okbzz does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to place bets without direct human interaction.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users of okbzz must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to the platform or to other users. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in games or betting systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Colluding with other users, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the technical infrastructure, code, or data systems of okbzz without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbzz staff, support agents, or other users in any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, or circumventing geo-restrictions through VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

8 Responsible Gaming

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okbzz platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the okbzz platform without prior written consent from okbzz.

12 Amendments & Termination

okbzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of okbzz following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on the okbzz website. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Termination by User: You may close your okbzz account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure set out in Section 4, subject to identity verification requirements.

Termination by okbzz: okbzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where a breach of these Terms is identified, where required to do so by law, or where continued account operation is deemed contrary to platform integrity or user safety. In the event of account closure due to a breach, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
